Acceptable Use Policy

The People Readiness Company (TPRC) is a brand by MUAIDENTITY INC.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the website, application, software, and related services provided by MUAIDENTITY INC. ("MUAIDENTITY INC.", "TPRC", "we", "us", or "our") (the "Services"). It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

This AUP applies to everyone who uses the Services, including our customers, their authorized users, and visitors. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who uses the Services through your account or organization complies with this AUP.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to, and may not permit or encourage any third party to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right;
• upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• upload or transmit malware, ransomware, or any other malicious or harmful code;
• send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or other bulk communications;
• harvest, scrape, or collect data about other users or third parties without their consent or in violation of law;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• engage in fraudulent activity or attempt to deceive or mislead others.

Security and integrity

You may not:

• gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or any connected systems or networks;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach or circumvent any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or access-control measure;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Services or the networks and infrastructure that support them, including through denial-of-service attacks;
• access the Services through automated means (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) except as we expressly permit;
• modify, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services or any underlying software, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; or
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices in the Services.

Data and content responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and data you submit to the Services. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to submit it, and you must not use the Services to process data in violation of any law or of your obligations to the individuals the data concerns. Where you upload personal data that we process on your behalf, our handling of that data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we believe a violation has occurred, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or disabling access to content, throttling or suspending access, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to law enforcement or other authorities. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice, but we may act without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect the Services, our customers, or third parties, or to comply with law.

A violation of this AUP is a breach of the Terms of Service.

If you become aware of any actual or suspected violation of this AUP, or of any security vulnerability or abuse of the Services, please report it to us at abuse@thepeoplereadiness.com.

Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
