Why we changed our name

We started as MUA, short for Me. Us. All. Over time, our work evolved, and so did our name. The People Readiness Company better reflects what we do and what companies need most right now: people who are ready to respond and not freeze when it counts.

What MUA still means to us

MUA was never just a name. It was our reminder that transformation starts with the individual, moves through the team, and shapes the whole. Me. Us. All. That still drives everything we build.

Our platform wasn’t born in a lab. It started with pen and paper, forged in real teams. Now it’s built as technology-as-a-service to scale that wisdom across entire organizations.
