Build readiness with daily practice
Once you see the gaps, you can start closing them. Daily practice inside The People Readiness App connects real work experiences with your capacity to respond.
Bi-weekly group facilitation
Our virtual, coach-led sessions bring people together to reflect, share, and grow. You’ll learn about yourself, your professional role, and accelerate your growth through shared experiences with others in your field.
Grow using your data and progress
You’ll gain real-time insight into your own readiness. The platform tracks your progress and helps you identify where to focus next.

Who is eligible to register?
All HR professionals and listeners of the Beyond HR podcast are welcome to register.
Are there any costs involved?
No. Once your participation is confirmed, all services are provided free of charge.
Is this a sales or marketing event?
No. You’ll be working alongside like-minded HR professionals and certified coaches, focusing on your well-being, people readiness, and emotional readiness – so you can deliver your best work at work.

To ensure a valuable and respectful experience for everyone in the cohort, we ask that you:

Let The People Readiness Company know ahead of time if you’re unable to attend a session.

Commit to being present and engaged – if you miss more than two sessions, we may offer your seat to the next person on the waiting list, to support consistent group progress.
