MUA started with a belief that stuck with me. If we want teams to thrive through change, build culture, or perform at their best, we need to prepare them. Not with theory or one-off workshops, but with something that works in practice.
We called it MUA, short for Me. Us. All. Because that’s where change really happens. It starts with people, moves through teams, and touches the whole organization. That idea hasn’t changed. But the world around us has.
More pressure. More transformation. More companies building smart strategies that stall at the human layer. It became clear that readiness isn’t just a concept. It’s a business-critical need.
That’s why we’re stepping forward with a name that says what we do.
The People Readiness Company.
We’re still the same team, building the same platform that delivers real results. But we’ve grown, and our new name reflects that.
You might still see MUA in a few places while we fully transition. That’s okay. It’s part of the journey.
